Monique Gawne presents ‘Embracing the learning in everyday experiences’

In partnership with Signal

An investigation of one's subjective experience with social interaction and connection and the affects these have on an individual. A perspective from a self proclaimed 21 year old artist from Melbourne, Monique embraces her naivety in the world, constantly pushing her boundaries for the sake of learning. Monique lives in an environment of variety, exploring the fringes of her comfort zone and known world.

Monique Gawne is Taiwanese Australian emerging artist and pre-service secondary teacher. Through practices of printmaking, installation and audio. Monique explores themes of learning, relationality, context, cycles and discourse.
